Introduction

If you need to ask a question which requires giving a date as an answer, you can add a date picker field to your signup form.

Instructions

Simply click and drag a date picker field into the relevant section of your signup form.

With the date picker field in the correct location, click the blue pencil icon to expand the field. Remember, you can easily move the field to another location by clicking and dragging. Simply click on the handle icon (six dots) to do this.
