Withdrawing a member from a scheme is a necessary part of keeping your scheme tidy and ensuring that members who have left the scheme, or don’t wish to be matched will still appear in searches and reports even while not being an active participant.

Instructions

Withdrawing a member as a bulk operation is done from the members datascreen. Click here for a guide to bulk-withdrawing members.

Withdrawing a single member via their profile can be done by visiting the member’s profile page and then clicking on the Schemes tab.

Once the tab has loaded, the schemes that the member is a participant in are shown. Click the Withdraw button.

After clicking the Withdraw button, a pop-up is shown which allows for a note to be added the member’s profile detailing why they have been withdrawn.

SUMAC® is smart enough to remember the type that the member was before they were withdrawn, so if they are re-added into the scheme, they’ll be of the same type (mentor, mentee, coach etc.).
