The dashboard is the screen you'll first see after logging in to your SUMAC® account. It shows a useful overview of some of your main scheme data points, reminders, notifications and links to other functions.

Overview

This is an example of a typical dashboard in SUMAC®.

The top section of the dashboard summarises some important details including:

  • Number of active scheme members

  • Number of active partnerships

  • Number of signups in the last week

Below this, you'll find three columns:

  • Personal reminders: these are only viewable by the individual user

  • Scheme reminders: these are viewable by all admins

  • Scheme notifications: these are generated by the SUMAC® platform when an action takes place or something changes. Learn more about notifications here

Each of these has a number count next to it to indicate how many reminders or notifications are currently active. You can add a reminder or notification by clicking the plus sign next to the heading. This will open the add reminder popup which allows you to choose what type of reminder/notification it is, choose the date of the reminder with a date picker, and a text comment.

Click Save Reminder and you're done! 👍

This will add the reminder or notification to your dashboard and also to your schedule. Find out more about using the schedule screen here.
