You’ve accepted a partnership, and now you’re looking to meet with your partner - scheduling a meeting will help ensure that this happens.
Instructions
On the left, click on the name of the scheme that the partnership you want to schedule a meeting is in, find the name of the partner and click their name. This will take you to the partnership page where you can schedule a meeting.
Click Schedule Meeting
. This will open up this dialog so you can input the details about the meeting.
If the meeting is a virtual meeting, add in the invite URL in the location text box. Your partner will receive an email with the details and a clickable link.
Once the form has been filled out and you’ve clicked Confirm
, you’ll see the meeting in the Upcoming Meetings
panel. You can also see it on the Schedule
page, accessible from the left menu.
