Sending out a provisional or confirmation email is easy from the members profile page.

Click on the profile page of the member and select a match from the suggested mentors/mentees.

❗ If no suggested matches are showing, read our article I can't match a member from the member's profile page!

Once selected, click “Make Match”. This will create the partnership and add it to the partnership tab

Click on the view partnership profile link (looks like an eye) to open the full partnership profile. From here click on Send Provisional Email button to send the email.

👍There are other ways of sending provisional or confirmation emails: the fastest being from the partnerships screen. From here you can send many emails at once using bulk mailing.
