Adding a tag is an easy way to effectively keep track of members and partnerships within SUMAC® allowing you to spend less time searching for profiles and more time managing your scheme.
Instructions
Visit the member or partnership profile and you’ll see the currently assigned tags. Clicking the pencil icon to the right will allow you add or remove those associated with the profile.
Once you’ve clicked the pencil icon, you’ll see that the interface changes to allow for entering new tags. Underneath this is the list of suggestions. You can now either click a suggestion to add it to the profile, or enter a new tag in the text box. Once done, click the green tick button and you’re done!
If you’d prefer not to use one of the suggestions, and would like to use an existing one instead, click on View All
. Once clicked, you’ll be shown a popup with all the available tags. Clicking on tags will automatically link them to the profile.
Key points
✅ It’s always a good idea to view all the tags before adding others to avoid duplicates which might result in issues with filtering.
