You’ve got a large number of members that you’d like to withdraw, and the thought of visiting every profile isn’t a pleasant one. Don’t worry, SUMAC® can do this as one single bulk operation. Keep reading to find out how!

Head to the members datascreen where you can see all the members in the scheme.

Using the checkboxes on the far left, click as many members as you’d like to withdraw (or the checkbox at the top to select all).

Once you’ve selected all the appropriate members, click on Withdraw.

You’ll now be presented with a popup with a warning reminding you that active partnerships will be terminated and a textbox to add the reason for withdrawing. Add your reason for withdrawing the members, then click Withdraw. You’re done!

You can view these members by choosing the Withdrawn status on the members datascreen.
