Refining suggested matches is a great way to speed up the matching process and to eliminate visual clutter from your profile pages. There are a few filters that SUMAC® supplies that should help you create a streamlined interface.

Instructions

Head to Scheme Settings by clicking the cog icon at the top right of the screen next to your name.

Once viewing the Scheme Settings page, you’ll see a tab for Matching. On this tab, head to the bottom of the screen: here you’ll find the available filters for suggested matches.

The two options available are:

  1. Suggest Terminated Partners

  2. Suggest Declined Partners

This allows you to toggle whether you want to include these members in the suggestions listed on a profile page.

The toggles in Scheme Settings for Matching allow for users to filter out unwanted matches and improve matching scores.

Key points

✅ Since no processes are started when toggling these options, try them out!

Toggle the state of the option, then head to a profile and view the results.
