SUMAC® allows you to store documents which relate to your schemes, making it easy to share them with your members - within a scheme or across the whole account.
Uploading a document
To begin uploading a document, simply click on the Documents
link on the left-hand navigation menu.
This will open the Document store screen. From here, you can view and upload documents to three different levels - the Scheme, the Account or SUMAC®.
A brief explanation of the fuctionality for Account Coordinators, Scheme Coordinators and Scheme Members is found in the table below:

If you want to upload a document, click the blue Upload file
button.
A pop-up will appear which allows you to browse your files and choose a file to upload (max size 10mb).
In the scheme documents tab, you can tick the box if you want to allow members to view the file. If this box is ticked, the document will be viewable by all members. If this box is unticked, only Account Coordinators and Scheme Coordinators will be able to view the document.
Once you are done, click Save changes
.
You can sort the lists of uploaded files by name, modified date and size. You can also see which user uploaded the file.
Further actions
If you want to rename a file, click on the pencil icon under Actions
. Here you can also toggle whether members can view the file.
If you want to delete the file, click on the bin icon under Actions
. A pop-up will ask you to confirm you want to delete the file and advise that the action is not reversible.
